Tomorrow is the first day of Fall 2009 semester and I must say I am a bit more nervous for this one than I have been in the past. I feel so mentally and physically unprepared but then I go through the list of things that I need and I have every box checked...so why so jittery?
I think that this year is so different from the last because it may be my last Fall semester at State-God willing. I abruptly made the decision this summer to attempt to graduate in 3 years from a Cal State (this tid bit is key because its nearly impossible to do so.) As corny as it sounds I know that if I put my mind to it then I can accomplish anything, including graduating college in 3 years! I am also a bit more nervous for this year because I am starting all of my major classes which is exciting yet very surreal. I guess it just really hit me today that I am almost done with my undergraduate degree and then its on to bigger, better, and brighter things!
For all of my peers out there who go to San Fancisco State I wish you well while you are searching to fill your schedule tomorrow on the first day of school!
P.S. I hope that you all took noted the high content of GATOR spirit in this post complete with the mascot AND the imfamous purple and gold.
